Sintel, issued by the Blender Foundation

The latest film to be released by the Blender Foundation is a short film entitled Sintel.  The film was released under the Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 and what is created using Blender, open source content creation package under GNU GPL.

Elephants Dream was the first Blender open movie released (Creative Commons Attribution 2.5). Next to big Buck Bunny which is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 3.0.

Blender's definitely amazing piece of open source software and those movies all help it improve. Why not take some time and Watch some or all of these movies-they are quite impressive, if you think that are produced in budget size or two smaller than Hollywood uses for animated film!:)
